Office Policies

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Orthodontic forces must be adjusted and monitored on a regular basis for treatment to proceed as planned. Many of your office visits will inevitably conflict with work or school. Some appointments are quick and simple, which can be seen before or after school or work. Longer appointments are seen in the middle of the day to maximize our schedule. We will do our best to work with your schedule, however, there will be times school or work will need to be missed. We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, and if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
